In mid-May 2021, Guangzhou Nimble Household Appliances Trading Ltd. (Nimble Household Appliances), the wholly owned subsidiary of Nimble Holdings Company Limited (Nimble Holdings, 00186.HK), formally entered into the annual strategic procurement contract for wire and cable with Guangdong Tianhong Cable Ltd. (Tianhong Cable). The relevant representatives from both companies attended the signing ceremony of such contract.
It is known that Nimble Holdings has maintained a stable strategic partnership with Tianhong Cable, which marks the third consecutive year that they have entered into the strategic contract. Teaming up with each other indicates a further consolidation of their strategic partnership, hence promoting the achievement of their mutual benefit and win-win development goals; and providing a consistent supply of goods for Nimble Holdings’ market expansion on its household appliance business, in support of a further performance improvement in household appliance.
