An exchange gala for media big figures, and a residence bash for a new era. On 14 August 2021, Splendour Media Conference was held in the Sales Center of Shantou Splendour, attracting media elites from all walks of life. Many distinguished guests joined our event on site to witness this grand affair. Splendour fulfilled expectations, and offered a high-end taste of both urban sentiment and inland-sea life to the on-site guests. The whole conference was a splendid success thanks to its luxurious staging and elite gathering.
Music/lights mixed together to cheer distinguished guests from all social circles
Not until 15:00, the media guests arrived one after another, signed in and took photos. The stage was soaked in melodious live music, whispering sincerity and welcome. With etiquette staff dressed in fine costumes, delicate site arrangement, and bulk beverage preparation, each element embodies the spirit of excellence and attitude of attentive service of the project. Many media friends gathered here and had a great time.
Awesome attendance marked the launch of a high time
With the passage of time, the attendance was high in the room and all the guests awaited the amazing moment. The event officially kicked off at 15:30 sharp under an impassioned opening remarks by the host, who introduced the leaders and guests and main process of the event. Later, Mr. Ye, General Manager of Project Splendour, delivered a speech, welcoming the visiting guests and friends, introducing the brand concept and future strategic presence of Nimble Holdings, and putting forward a beautiful vision for crafting a media ecosphere.
VR seascape viewing, sharing the beauty of seaside life
After Ye’s speech, the VR seascape viewing system in Splendour was officially unveiled, while the media spectators were fascinated by the displayed experience of seaside life, and were excited about the future seascape residence. The magnificent seascape of the inner bay is right in front of you, and when waking up in the morning, you touch the mild sea breeze, hold the rising sunshine and listen to the lapping waves; When the night comes, the flashing neon lights, the flying seagulls and the star-studded sky blend into a picturesque tableau. Only living here, can you really have an ideal pleasant life.
Following the release of that VR system, a big news was also announced to the media guests: new seaview products will soon be launched additionally. The blocks to be added are a premium upgrade of the Jing Series of Nimble Holdings, which will placed in the frontage of the inland sea, offering panoramic seaview, maximum building interval of some 67 meters, front-and-rear landscaping, and sweeping view of waterscape along the central axis of the development. The unit types have a floorage from about 98-180 square meters, corresponding to three to five bedrooms, with wider space, higher utilization rate, more ventilation and lighting, hence meeting the needs of multi-generational households. High-end products with frontline seascape attracted great attention from the guests who posed questions for details one after the other. Those questions were answered in turn by the project staff, who introduced that bookings are hot currently, and don’t miss out on rare opportunity.
Finally, all the guests visited a real-scene showroom of Spendour accompanied by the sales staff, and sampled the premium product of the Jing Series of Nimble Holdings. Through the on-site experience and understanding, they praised for Nimble Holdings’ attitude of building products with heart. The event lasted nearly two hours, and this media conference concluded successfully in a brisk and relaxed atmosphere.
